This contemporary jazz chart in a hybrid Calypso/Rock style gives the entire rhythm section a chance to shine. However, all sections of the band share in the melodic lines throughout. The percussion part (auxiliary percussion) plays a vital role, adding a variety of Caribbean colors and rhythm patterns to help capture the Calypso flavor.
